First mentioned in 1712, our farm is the oldest in our village. We were also the first ones to offer holiday apartments on a farm. Furnished in Swiss pine, they still have all of their original cosy atmosphere as this wood has a timeless beauty of its own. The rooms and apartments enjoy stunning views of our unique ”Niederthaier Seeboden” plateau and its soft green hills, sun-kissed in summer and covered by a blanket of snow in winter.

Framed by the Ötztaler Alps, our farm is situated right behind our JOGGLS guest house.

Then there’s also our favourite spot, our mountain meadow at 2,000m. We appreciate nature and what it has to offer. And we are always available for whatever requests or queries our guests may have.
